          “Smt. Harisha Mehta, Member of this Forum has filed the above titled complaint in this Forum.  In view of the order dated 02.01.2017, the file is hereby attached.  It is, therefore, requested that please transfer this complaint to any other District Forum in the interest of justice.”

 

2.      In view of above, the complaint is hereby transferred to the District Forum, Kurukshetra, who shall dispose of the same in accordance with law.
