JDr is present and files objection along with copy of Circular dtd. 11.05.2012, Government Order No. DPG/BV/CO/ 48/2011-2012 dtd. 20.12.2011 and the Letter dtd. 24/26/12.2011. Accordingly, it is seen that one Dr. K.V. Sridhar who was the JDr in this case and the OP2 in CC No. 198/2009 is kept under suspension for committing serious act of misappropriation of funds and creating of records and further OP1 who has taken loan from Decree Holder never worked in the Office of the OP2 i.e., JDr herein in this case. 

In view of the above, no useful purpose will be served in keeping this Execution Petition pending.  Decree Holder is at liberty to initiate appropriate action either against Dr. K.V. Sridhar or Sri. K.R. Nagesh as the case may be as he deemed fit.  Hence, this Execution Application is disposed off.
