Case record taken up today for hearing. The Complainant as well as O.Ps are found absent on repeated call. Perused the record and contention of the parties . We found nothing cogent to establish that the complainant is a consumer of service of the O.P for consideration . Further the O.P has failed to adduce any evidence to substantiate his claim . Hence, this complaint stand dismissed . However no order as to cost. Copy of this order be supplied to the parties free of cost for their perusal.
