          This complainant’s revision is directed against the order dated January 29th, 2016 passed by District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum, Kurukshetra (for short, ‘District Forum’) in Execution Application No.21 of 2015.  

2.      The complainant has handed over demand draft of Rs.51,237/- (Photocopy Annexure A-1) as calculated by the Chartered Accountant of the respondents, to Jeet Ram, Development Officer, The Haryana State Cooperative Housing Federation Limited, Panchkula-opposite party No.2 in full and final settlement of the loan account advanced to him. 

3.      Jeet Ram has also handed over all the documents required by the complainant including No Due Certificate to the complainant.  The statement of the complainant in this regard has been recorded separately. 

4.      In view of above, the revision petition stands disposed of.
