Both parties are absent.On Perusal of the record it appears that case is in the year 2016 field on 09/11/2016 and when O.P file a petition for filing show cause but failed then he debarred from show cause and case is fixed for ex-party hearing but after given the direction to the compliant when he did not produce any evidence till today it means complainant is no interest in his case and he left his case because according to  record it appeared from 04/05/2017 to till today i.e 07/09/2017.Hence in absence of any evidence it is difficult to decide the case.Hence the case is hereby dis-missed in default.
