ORDER

Order dt.29/01/1994 Complainant and respondent are present. Objections filed. The respondent has given rebate of Rs.5191 and undertaken to adjust the excess amountof Rs.1191 for the future bills. The complainant agrees for the adjustment made by the respondent and says that the case be closed with costs for having suffered loss and mental agony.
