THIRU. M. MONY, PRESIDENT

This complaint has been filed by the complainant against the opposite party under section 12 of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986 praying to refund a sum of Rs.1,50,000/- and to pay a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- towards compensation for mental agony, suffering, hardship and humiliation etc with cost of Rs.25,000/- to the complainant.

 

Both the complainant and opposite party has not filed Proof Affidavit to prove the contentions in the complaint and written version for a long time.   Both complainant and opposite party called absent for a long time.   Hence, this complaint is dismissed for default.
