draw of lots within the category and in case of success they would be liable to pay 65% within 30 days from the date of allotment and balance 35% in instalments before handing over and the price being Rs. 720/- per sft. 

iii)             the applicants would be eligible to participate in the draw of lots

under general category in case of success they would be liable to pay 15% within 30 days from the date of allotment and balance 85% in instalments before handing over, the price being Rs. 750/- per sft. 

The complainant applied under general category by paying Rs. 10,000/- being 15% of the amount by his application dt.  st    nd, 3^rd thstst     The complainant did not adhere to the dates.
