Both the parties are present and Ld. Advocates for the OP and the Complainant himself jointly submit that the matter in dispute has been settled amicably between them accordingly necessary order may be passed. In this regard the OP, WBSEDCL files a note sheet dated 21.03.23 regarding proposal for  withdrawal of LPSC wherein it is stated inter alia that the AE & Station manager, Dewanhat CCC, WBSEDCL would like to propose to waive LPSC for Rs.32970/- which is generated after payment transfer for the consumer ID:424167434.

Since the Assistant Manager for the OP is personally present and undertakes to comply with the decision taken in the said note sheet dated 21.03.23. So due weight is given on his proposal as well as  the undertaking of the Ld. Advocate for the OP. 

Hence, It is

Ordered

That the complaint case No.CC/57/2022 be and the same is disposed of on settlement between the parties with a direction to comply with the decision of the said proposal within 45 days with a liberty to the Complainant to file a case afresh if the matter is not settled within the specified period and the terms and conditions as discussed as stated herein above.

Let a plain copy of this order be supplied to the parties free of cost.
