The Complainant is absent by petition with a prayer for adjournment on the ground of his illness.

Op. is present.

On repeated calls nobody has represented the complainant. Hd. Ld. Advocate and perused the petition of complaint.

This is a case against the Op for having no supply of new connection from the end of Ops. and the case remains pending almost one year back. The materials appearing on record encourages us that there is no urgency on the part of the complainant. Under the facts and circumstances, the submission of Ld. Advocate for the Ops. may be accepted. The contents of the complaint speaks that the complainant admitted the preparatory step from the end of the Ops. were in favour of erection of electricity line in order to giving supply of new electricity connection to the complainant.  Considering these aspects there is sufficient materials to hold that the Ops. are not guilty of deficiency in service.

Hence the complaint be and the same is dismissed for default.
