Lawyer appearing for the Judgment-debtor files a record of Appeal Case bearing No. A/24/2018 dt. 18.9.2018 with the Siliguri Circuit Bench of State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission. Hon’ble State Commission has pronounced a verdict in the instant Appeal Case on 14^th Nov. 2018. The order of higher Forum is to be observed by the contesting parties.
