      This Complaint is filed by the complainant under Section 12 (1) of the Consumer Protection Act directing the opposite parties, complainant for  mental agony Rs. 50,000/-  Is paid in fees Rs. 10,000/- for compensation and court fee Rs. 5000/-  granting such other and further reliefs.   

          Memo filed by  the Complainant. Petition dismissed. Since not pressed by complaint. No costs.
