Heard.  It is seen from the records that revision petitioner was set exparte by the Forum.  Taking into account the nature of the contentions raised by the parties we feel that an opportunity should be given to the revision petitioner to contest the matter on merits.  Hence revision petition will be allowed on payment of cost of Rs.2000/- to the complainant.  For production of receipt 30.5.2016.
