          The appellant is the opposite party in CC.52/08 in the file of CDRF, Kollam. The appellant is under orders to pay a sum of Rs.4,26,000/- and also costs of Rs.2,000/-.
          2. The appellant/opposite party has sought for an opportunity to contest the matter before the forum.
          3. In the circumstances and considering the stakes involved, the   order of the Forum is set aside on condition that the appellant deposit a sum of Rs.2,500/- before the Forum towards cost of the complainant. The amount can be withdrawn by the complainant. The Forum will issue notice to the complainant. 
          4. The matter will stands posted before the Forum on 16/9/09
          The office is directed to dispatch the copy of this order to the Forum urgently.
