 Dilbag versus Thanesar presto

 

Present:      Decree-holder in person.                             

          Jd is not being served for want of correct address. On perusal of the file shows that correct address is not filed by the decree-holder after availing several opportunity. So, in such like circumstances, the execution petition is adjourned sine-die. As and when his complete address is furnished by anybody then file shall be revived. File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
