Final Order / Judgement

Order No. 11 / 20/03/2019.

Ld. Advocate for the complainant is present. None appears for the O.Ps. on second call.

Complainant files a petition supported by an affidavit praying for permission to withdraw the instant complaint on the ground stated therein.

Heard the Ld. Advocate appearing for the complainant who submits that the O.Ps. have already paid Rs.2,00,000/- to the complainant vide cheque No.539863 dated 01/03/2019 drawn on Standard Chartered Bank as full and final settlement of the claim. Complainant encashed the said cheque on full and final settlement in terms of amicable settlement. He further submits that the complainant has no other claim against the O.Ps.

Having considered the submission of the Ld. Advocate for the complainant we are of the view that there is no reason to continue the case any further when the matter has been amicably settled out of the Forum between the parties. Accordingly, the prayer of the complainant is allowed.

Hence,

Ordered

That the complainant is permitted to withdraw the complaint case.

Thus, the instant complaint case is disposed of.
