COMPLAINT UNDER SEC. 12 OF THE CONSUMER PROTECTION ACT, 1986.

Present:          Complainant in persona alongwith Mr.Rohit Rana, Adv.                                 

                        None for the Ops.

 

                        Today the case was fixed for appearance of OPs. At this stage, complainant has made a separate statement in which he states that matter has been compromised between the parties. Now nothing remains towards the Ops. So, he wants to withdraw his present complaint being fully satisfied.

                        Heard. In view of the statement, it is clear that the matter has been compromised between the parties. Hence, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied. We order accordingly.

                        A copy of this order be sent to the parties free of costs and file be consigned to record room after due compliance.
