     At this stage, vide his separate statement, Sh.Jastaran Chhatwal, Complainant in person has stated that the matter has been settled between the parties and hence he withdraws the present consumer complaint being fully satisfied. In view of the statement made by the complainant, the present consumer complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied.
