The Complainant files hajira along with a petition praying for withdrawn of the case.

The Complainant stated that the dispute of the case has been amicably settled and the Complainant does not want to proceed the case further.

It appears from the record that the present petition of Complaint has not been admitted as the procedure of admission hearing of the case has not completed till now.  However, the prayer of the Complainant is considered and allowed. 

Hence, it is

                                                            Ordered

That the C.C. no.02 of 2018 be and the same is dismissed for non-prosecution without cost.   

A copy of this order be supplied to the parties each free of cost.
