ORDER

Complaint is partly allowed. The telephone bills dated 24.8.1994, 1.9.1994m 1.11.1994, 1.1.1995 and 1.5.1995 are quashed. Opposite party is directed to prepare fresh bills and return the excess amount collected from complainant. Opposite party is also directed to pay Rs.200/- as compensation for disconnecting the phone at Bannur, along with court cost of Rs.200/- withinfour weeks from the date of receipt of this order.
