ORDER

The complaint is allowed. The bill dated 21.06.1995 is setaside. The opposite party is directed to issue a fresh bill based on the average number of calls made during the preceeding six bi-monthly bills and adjust the previous bill amount lready paid by complainant towards the fresh bill to be issued. He is also directed to pay a lost of Rs.300/- towards prosecuting this complaint.
