ORDER

The complaint is partly allowed. The bill dated 01.10.1997 is quashed. Opposite party is directed to prepare the fresh bill for the period of complaint on the basis of average of previous six months bill. Opposite party is also directed to pay Rs.200/- as damages and Rs.150/- as court cost to the complainant within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order.
