ORDER

Complaint is allowed. The claim of the o.p. for payment of additional sum of Rs.5,388/- towards the bill of the disputed period is hereby quashed as illegal. The o.p. shall shift the telephone to the new residence of the complainant after collecting the shifting charges if any. It shall pay a compensation of Rs.500/- and cost of Rs.250/- to the complainant. This order shall be complied with within a periof of 45 days from the date of its receipt by the o.p. failing which penal action contemplated Under Section 27 of the Consumer Protection Act 1986 shall be initiated against it on a petition made by the complainant in that behalf.
