ORDER

This judgement is pronounced in the open court on seperate sheets of paper today. This complaint is allowed. The complainant is held entitled to the refund of the amount of Rs.1,000/- deposited as registration fees in advance and Rs.250/- as compensation towards mental and physical agony that he has suffered together with Rs.250/- towards costs of this proceedings. The respondent shall pay the amount of Rs.1,000/- to the complainant deposited as registration fees in advance and Rs.250/- as compensation towards mental and physical agony that he has suffered together with Rs.250/- towards costs of this proceedings. The respondent shall pay the amount of Rs.1,000/- to the complainant deposited as registration fees in advance and Rs.250/- as compensation towards mental and physical agony together with Rs.250/- towards costs of this proceedings, within 2 months from the date of receipt of the copy of this judgement and order apart from bearing his own costs ofthis proceedings. Send the certified copies of this judgement and order to both sides parties by RPAD immediately.
