ORDER

This judgement is pronounced in the open court on seperate sheets of paper today. This complaint is allowed. The complainant is held entitled to the refund of the amount of Rs.1,000/- deposited as registration fees in advance and Rs.250/- as compensation towards mental and physical agony that he has suffered together with Rs.250/- towards costs of this proceedings.
