ORDER

The complaint is allowed. The o.p. shall refund a sum of Rs.2,774.00 to the complainant along with an interest at 10% p.a. from the date of this order till the date of realisation. It shall further pay a cost of Rs.500/- to the complainant and bear its own. This order shall be complied with within a period of 45 days failing which appropriate action for the recovery of the said amount shall be taken against it on a petition being made by the complainant in this behalf.
