ORDER

This order is pronounced in the open Forum on separate sheets of paper today. The complaint is allowed. The bills dated 21.1.1993, 21.3.1993 and 21.7.1993 are set aside and the opposite party is directed to prepare fresh bills for the disputed period on the basis of average calls made during the 6 months prior to the date of disputed first bill, and adding 10% to the amount sos determined and complainant be asked to pay that amount and the excess amont which was paid by the complainant be returned to the complainant with interest at 10% per annum. Opposite party is also directed to pay Rs.250/- as court costs to complainant within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order, failing which the opposite party is liable to pay interest at 15% on that amount.
