The Forum perused the records and heard the arguments advanced by both sides. The opposite party had already allowed the rebate of 600 calls on bill dt.1.12.94. No evidence was produced before the Forum for the period for which complainant locked the house and was away from Mysore with his family, for more than two months. Opposite party denies that his telephone was dead during that period, and the opposite party also did not produce any evidence of the calls for which he alleges that he did not make. Hence, we dismiss the complaint with no costs on either side. The complaint dismissed.
