ORDER

The complaint is allowed. The o.p. shall refund a sum of Rs.6,194/- together with interest at 12% p.a. from 5/6/1993 untill the date of realisation. They shall further pay a sum of Rs.2,000/- by way of compensation for mental agony, physicall strain and financial stress caused to him, along with a cost of Rs.500/-. This order shall be complied with within a period of 30 days from the date of its receipt by the o.p. failing which the complainant is at liberty to take out execution proceedings.
