ORDER

Complaint is allowed. The o.p. shall shift the telephone in question to the new premises of the complainant as requested by him, expeditiously. It shall pay a compensation of Rs.5,000/- to the complainant along with Rs.100/- towards the cost of the proceedings. This order shall be complied with within a period of 30 days from the date of its receipt by the o.p. failing which the complainant is at liberty to take out execution of the same.
