ORDER

This order is pronounced in the open Forum on separate sheets of paper today. The complaint is allowed. The bill dt. 11.2.93 is set aside and the opposite party is directed to prepare a fresh bill for the disputed period on the basis of average calls made during the 5 months prior to the date of disputed bill and adding 10% to the amount so determined and the complainant be asked to pay that amount. Oposite party is also directed to pay Rs.250/- as court cost to complainant within 4 weeks from the date of receipt of this order failing which the opposite party is liable to pay interest @ 15% on that amount.
