ORDER

The OP Telephone Department is directed to re-calculate the amount in respect of bills dated 11-10-1995 for Rs.3,762/- and bill dated 11-4-1996 for a sum of Rs.2,229/- and fix the amounts on the basis of the highest bill received by the complainant during the year preceeding the disputed bills adding 10% to the amount so calculated. In the interest of justice the complainant is also awarded Rs.1,000/- as costs of the present proceedings.
