ORDER

ORDER DATE-30/05/1996. The respondents are restrained from collecting the balance amount of Rs.5,486/- from the complainant as per the demand note dated 24-11-95 towards the bill dated 11-12-94 and to collect Rs.609/- only. Since the complainant has already paid a sum of Rs. 243/- as per the provisional bill he is directed to pay the balance amount of Rs.366/- in respect the bill dated 11-12-94. The respondents are also directed to pay a cost of Rs.200/- to the complainant. The parties shall comply the above direction within one month from the date of the receipt of this order.
