The case record is put up today in the Lok Adalat.The Complainant is absent on call.The O.P no.2 is present and submits a memo stating therein that the present dispute is settled down between the parties and as per the agrees terms a sum of Rs.1,90,620/- has been paid to the complainant through NEFT on dt 29.06.2020,to that effect,a net copy of document has been filed by O.P no.2.The O.P no.2 further submits that the complainant has received the above agreed sum for the full and final settlement of the dispute.Heard,In view of the above facts and circumstance and considering the submission put forth by O.P No.2,we would like to dispose the case in compromise.
