None is present on behalf of the applicant – decree holder.

Following order was passed by this Commission on 22.09.2022:

          “Case is called out.

None is present on behalf of the applicant – decree holder and opposite parties – judgment debtors.

According to office report dated 22.09.2022, registered court notice was issued to the applicant – decree holder on 23.02.2022, which is not received back in the office as yet.

Thus, the registered court notice issued to the applicant – decree holder has not been received back in the office after expiry of 30 days’.  Hence, the service of registered court notice upon the applicant – decree holder is held to be sufficient.

In the interest of justice, one more opportunity is provided to the applicant – decree holder.

Put up on 11.10.2022 for further orders.”

Inspite of that, none has appeared on behalf of the applicant – decree holder even today.

It appears that the applicant – decree holder is not interested in pursuing the execution application.

Accordingly, the execution application is dismissed in default of the applicant – decree holder.

Let the record be consigned.
