Learned counsel Sh. Ashish Chakravarty for the appellant has appeared through video conferencing and stated that the matter has already been settled between the parties and no issue is pending between the parties.

He has further stated that the appeal has become infructuous, hence does not mean for its hearing.

In the light of the version of the counsel for the appellant, the appeal is hereby dismissed, as being infructuous. No order as to costs.

Statutory amount, if any, be returned to the appellant as per law.

Copy of the order be forwarded to the concerned District Commission for perusal.
