Present :-          ShriGitesh complainant.

                   Shri Karan Sinha advocate for OP-1.

                   ShriSandeepSindhwani AR/Director for OP-2.

 

In view of separate joint statement of S/ShriGitesh, complainant Karan Sinha, advocate for OP-1 and SandeepSindhwani, AR/Director of OP-2 of even date the OP-1 is directed to repair motor cycle of the complainant through an authorized service centre within 10 days from delivery of the motor cycle by the complainant at an authorized service station of the opposite party no.1 without any charges to the satisfaction of complainant. The parties also filed memorandum of undertaking. In view of above statement and memorandum of undertaking the complaint stands disposed ofbeing settled. However, the parties shall remain bound by the above joint statement and memorandum of understanding. Copy of the order be given dasti free of cost. File be consigned.
