Today is fixed for admission hearing.

Complainant is found absent without any steps.

It is now 12-40 P.M.

On repeated calls neither the Complainant nor any body for Complainant is found present.

In view of above facts & circumstances we have sufficient reason to believe that Complainant has lost his interest to proceed with this case.

So, this case is liable to be dismissed.

Hence it is

                                                         Ordered

That the Complaint case No.89 of 2014 be and same is hereby DISMISSED FOR DEFAULT; but without cost.
