Complainant filed no step and absent on called.
Complainant for the many dates neither files any step nor appeared before the court while called on for hearing. The advocate for the OP vehemently objected before the forum for non filing of step by the Complainant and also for non appearance, even after repeated call by the forum and pressed the forum to dismiss the complaint for the default of the Complainant for his non appearance and non filing of step.
Hence the forum order and dismissed the Complaint for default of the Complainant and accordingly the Complainant is disposed off.
