None is present on behalf of the complainant.

On 06.02.2019 this complaint was fixed fixed for filing reply to the show cause by the Complainant. No cause was shown by the Complainant.

 

Record reveals that on 31.07.2017, 08.11.2017, 05.02.2018, 27.08.2018, 17.09.2018 and 06.02.2019 the Complainant did not turn up, no step was taken on behalf of the Complainant. This complaint is pending for showing cause by the Complainant since 14.05.2018to till date. No show cause has yet been forthcoming from the end of the Complainant, but for this purpose several dates were given to the Complainant. The Complainant did not adduce any affidavit, under the circumstances we have no other option but to dismiss the complaint as in our opinion the Complainant has lost his interest to proceed with this complaint.

 

Hence it is ordered that the Consumer Complaint being no- 340/2016 is hereby dismissed for default without any cost.

 

          Let plain copy of this order be given to the parties free of cost as per the provision of the CPR, 2005.
