Final Order / Judgement

Today is fixed for showing cause by the complainant as to why his case would not be dismissed.

The complainant stayed absent on consecutive dates in the past for which he was asked to show cause. But the complainant is absent without steps today and no show cause petition is filed. It seems to us that the complainant has lost interest in this case and it is next to impossible for this Commission to proceed with the case with the prolonged absence of the complainant. It is a fit case where a dismissal order should be passed.

Hence it is ordered that the case be and the same is dismissed for non-prosecution.

Let a plain copy be given to the parties free of cost as per CPR.
