1. The counsel for the OPs No.1 & 2 filed Power of Attorney. Same be placed on the file. OPs No.1 & 2 also deposited a cost of Rs.300/-. Today, case is fixed for filing written statement by the OPs No.1 & 2, but counsel for OPs No.1 & 2 suffered the statement which is recorded separately that the OPs are ready to pay Rs.2500/- as full and final settlement to the complainant within 30 days from today and statement of the counsel for OPs No.1 & 2 read over to the complainant, who admitted the same as true and correct and further submitted that the case of the complainant may be decided accordingly.

2. In view of the statement given by the complainant himself as well as counsel for the OPs No.1 & 2, parties has settled the matter by way of amicable. So, accordingly the complaint of the complainant is disposed of with the direction to the OPs to pay the aforesaid amount of Rs.2500/- to the complainant within 30 days from the date of receipt of the copy of order, failing which the OP will further liable to pay interest thereon @ 12% per annum from the date of filing complaint i.e. 07.05.2019, till realization. File be consigned to the Record Room.
