Present:           Complainant in person with counsel Sh.H.S.Parwana, Advocate.

Sh.Rajnish Gupta, Advocate for OPs.

                        ORDER

1.                     Counsel for OPs has brought a draft of Rs.40,000/- in the name of complainant, which the latter has received and made statement, which is reproduced as under:-

“Statement of Sh.Subhash Chand s/o Sh.Bhag Singh, Complainant in person with counsel Sh.H.S.Parwana, Advocate for Complainant.

 

 

I have received draft No.520666, dated 16.3.2011 amounting to Rs.40,000/- drawn on India Bank Chandigarh in my favour from the OPs. The present execution application stands satisfied and hence I withdraw my execution application”   

 

 

2.                     In view of the statement made by the complainant, the execution application is dismissed as withdrawn.

3.                     Copies of this order free of cost be supplied to the parties. The file be consigned.
