                   File taken up today before the Lok Adalat as both the parties are ready to settle the matter amicably.

2.                Memorandum of Settlement (Annexure-A) has been placed on record, vide which the matter has been settled between the parties being fully satisfied.

3.                In view of the Memorandum of Settlement (Annexure-A) executed between the parties, the present complaint stands dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied.

4                 A copy of this order be provided to all the parties free of cost as mandated by the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. This order be uploaded forthwith on the website of the Commission for the perusal of the parties.

5.                File be consigned to record room alongwith a copy of this order.
