          At this stage, learned counsel for the Complainants wants to withdraw all these four cases with liberty to approach the appropriate Forum, as per Law.

All the four Consumer Complaints are dismissed as withdrawn.  Liberty is granted to approach the appropriate forum, as per Law.  The complainants can seek help from the judgment of the Apex Court in the case of Laxmi Engineering Works v P.S.G. Industrial Institute [(1995) 3 SCC 583]” so far as the matter of limitation is concerned.

Copy of this order be sent to the Opposite Party.  The opposite party also be informed on telephone.
