It is stated on behalf of Complainant that matter has been amicably settled between the parties before mediator vide mediation order dated 23/08/2018. Both the parties are bound by the terms of agreement/settlement.

In view of the above, present complaint is disposed off as settled with liberty to complainant to approach this Forum in case the OP fail to comply the terms of the settlement.
