Despite issuance of court notice, complainant has not appeared before the Commission today. Perusal of the case file shows that complainant is not appearing from the very beginning of the case. Case called up several times since morning today, but none has appeared on behalf of the complainant. It is already 3.30 P.M. Waited sufficiently. No further wait would be justified. The above facts clearly shows that the complainant is not interested to pursue his case. Hence, the present case is herbey dismissed in default for want of prosecution. File be consigned to the record room, after due compliance.
