             The case of the Complainant is that in the month of December 2015, he had received a notice from the O.p to pay tax amounting Rs, 40,500/- It is submitted by him that his tractor & trally were damaged in the year 2007 and he intimated this fact to R.T.O, Phulbani. The O.p for off road of the vehicle. So, the demand of tax after 8 years is beyard the principle of natural justice and also time barred. Heard. It is admitted by the Complainant that his vehicles were damaged since the your 2007. So, when the Complainant is not in possession over  the vehicles the demand of tax is not proper and wise. Hence the Opp. parties are directed to consider. The case of the Complainant in the principle of natural justice. The case is closed. Supply free copy of this order to both the parties.
