ORDER
            On perusal of the complaint it is seen that the issue involved in the complaint is pertained to telephone dispute complaint is not maintainable before this Forum, in view of the law as observed by the Hon’ble Supreme Court holding that a telephone dispute is not cognisable by Consumer Forum as the Provision of Section 7-B of the Indian Telegraph Act would operate as impediment in resolution of telephone dispute. Hence complaint is dismissed as not maintainable. Complainant is at liberty to approach appropriate authority for redressal of grievance if any.
