      Complainant filed this complaint alleging deficiency in service against opposite party.  The dispute is relating to Telecom services.

   In view of the decision of the Hon’ble Supreme Court in General Manager Telecom vs. M.Krishnan and  another (2009 SCC 481) the Consumer Forum have no jurisdiction to entertain the  complaint  relating to Telecom services.  Hence  the complaint is dismissed for  want of  jurisdiction.
