ORDER

Complaint is allowed. O.P.s 1 to 2 are directed to refund of an amount of Rs.1300/- with interest at the rate of 12% p.a. from 30.11.2004 till the date of payment with damages of Rs.1000/- and cost of Rs.500/-. If O.P. fails to pay the above mentioned amount within a period of two months. O.P. is further liable to pay interest at the rate of 12% p.a. from such date even on the amount of damages. Send the copy of this order to both parties under COP.
